-
Do I have to send in a .csv file?
- No, but if you send in a shapefile, it needs to have the following attributes:
- ISO time stamp (Date/Time with minutes and seconds)
- Swath Width
- Distance
- Heading
- Section ID
- No, but if you send in a shapefile, it needs to have the following attributes:
- Is there an SMS template I can use?
- Yes! SMS Harvest Template
- Will shapefiles directly downloaded from John Deere's Operation Center work?
- Yes! They contain an ISO time stamp!
- What if one of my files contains multiple fields' harvest data?
- The data will automatically parse and land within the correct boundaries of enrolled fields.
- What if I have multiple files for one field?
- Upload them! They will merge together in the boundary.
- What if I have already uploaded a yield file and need to re-upload it after fixing it?
- A newer file (if in the same boundary and number of points) will create an "Interrupt" for data support to approve the new file.
- What if I accidentally send in yield files that I've already sent in and didn't mean to?
- No worries! When this happens, data support will approve the new file. If you don't want this new file to be active, they can always activate the first file. In a nutshell: The files you upload will all be available for being the active file, so you will never 'lose' data!
