How to Add Hybrids, Varieties, and Seed Treatments to the Seed & Treatments Catalog

Adding hybrids, varieties, and seed treatments is easy and fast in the Seed & Treatments Catalog.

You'll want to do this in order to assign varieties and hybrids on the Management Zone page.

1. Once logged into your PCS account, you can land on this page by one of two ways:
   1. Click on the Seed tab, then select the "Seed & Treatments Catalog" option.
   2. Click on the Product Catalogs, then select the "Seed & Treatments" option.
2. Navigate to the desired Grower and Year, then click the "Load" button.
3. If you want to roll the previous year's hybrids/varieties into the current year, click the "Add 20xx Products" button.
4. To add new hybrids/varieties, click the "New+" button.
5. From the dropdowns, select the Crop, Seed Company, and Seed Variety and any other information that you want to enter or have available at the time and click the "Save" button.
6. Pricing can be entered if/when you have that information.
7. Seed Treatments can be entered by finding it in the pick list, selecting the variety(ies), and assigning it by clicking the "Assign" button.
8. You have the option now to enter in the treatment cost.
