      How to Compress (Zip) a Folder

       

      For Windows 10 and earlier versions

      1. Right click on the desired folder to compress and select Send to > Compressed (zipped) folder.

        2002

      For Windows 11 

      1. Right click on the desired folder to compress and select Compress to ZIP file.
