How to Exclude a Field From Group Data

If you need to exclude a field from group data for some reason, you can do that in Field Flags!

  1. Once logged into your PCS account, click on the “Data Entry & Exchange” button and then select “Field Flags” button

  2. Select the Branch, Grower, and Year and click the “Get Fields” button.

  3. You can now place a check in the "ExcludeFromGroups" box for the desired field.  It will save automatically and the padlock will lock.

  4. If you need to reverse this, click on the locked padlock to unlock it.

  5. And uncheck the box.

  6. It will automatically save.
