How to Give Credit to Nitrogen Supplied Through Phosphorous Application

There is a way to deduct the nitrogen already applied through a phosphorus application. Here is how it happens.

1. Make sure that when you run your recommendation for Nitrogen that the "Deduct N from Phosphorus Product" is selected.
   
   
2. There are three ways in which to deduct the nutrient amount.  
   
   1. Run the nitrogen and phosphorus recs at the same time.
   2. Run the nitrogen rec after the phosphorus rec.
   3. "Recalc" equations if you run the phosphorus rec AFTER the nitrogen rec.
      
      
      1. If you don't want to recalc ALL of the recs for a field or have multiple recs to recalculate, use the batch "Recalc Recs" button at the top of the page.  Note: You may need to use your Filters in order to recalc the correct recs.
