There are times when you may want to find a file that you've uploaded (or find out if you've uploaded it!). Follow this Premier Process on how to navigate the website to find them!
Once logged into the PCS website, navigate to the Data Uploads page by clicking on Data Exchange > Data Upload.
Click on the "View By File" tab.
You will only be able to view files in 250 available files, so being able to filter will become necessary as you exceed this.
Using the hierarchy drop downs will enable you to filter accordingly. You can view as broad as the Customer level or as precise as the field level.
Make sure that you have the desired year selected.
You can sort by Status.
To find files that have been Archived, click the "Show Archived" box.
If you know approximately when the file was uploaded you can choose that in the "Last Updated" options.
You can filter by "Filename", which will look for all files.
Lastly you can search in the "Filter these results" box, which look for files in the 250 shown files.
You can adjust the column widths for easier viewing.
Any of the headings are sortable.
And you can assign a primary and secondary for sorting for holding down on the "ctrl" key.
To remove filters, simply click on another heading's filter.
If you want to view a "Note" that was sent with the uploaded file, click on the icon on the "Notes" column.
To close it, click the "X" button in the upper right-hand corner.
