How to Choose a Previous Year(s) for Yield Removals for Prescriptions.

As of 9/20/2026, you have the option of selecting different year(s) for P and K removals in your equations.

Currently, when you select an equation in Premier Precision that has actual Phosphorus (PRem) and Potassium (KRem) removals in them, the only option you have is the most recent year's values.  However, that changed!

When you log into your account and navigate to the Prescription page, you will now see the last three year's of yield displayed to the right of the hiearchy.

The years that will be displayed are: current year yield, last year, and 2 years prior.  Example:  If you are working in 2027 crop year, you will see 2027, 2026, and 2025 as options.

If you hover over the colored dots to the left of the year, you will see what the crop type is for that year.

In order to utilize this feature, you will need to select your field and "Pick Equation" as you have always done.

Only when choosing an Equation that utilizes PRem or KRem, will you see a Crop Removals option box appear in the lower right-hand side.

You can now select which year you would like to have the P/KRem's in the equation utilize.

FYI:

1.  You DO NOT have to make a selection in this area.  If you make no selection, the equation will behave as it always had by looking at the last loaded yield data.

2. If you choose an equation that has P/KRem, you can select 1 year.

3. If you choose an equation that has P/KRem2Yrs in it, you will be able to select 2 years to use.

In this example, the equation has now used the 2024 crop removals!

Also new: A warning box will appear if yield data that has been used in the equation does not cover the entire field.
