PCS has introduced a new feature that allows users to personalize the assignment of advisors and salespeople to specific growers, surfaced in Data Check

Introducing the latest addition to Field Management - Managing Advisor & Salesperson for your hierarchy!

Users now have the capability to assign Advisors and Salespeople to growers using personalized lists.

Users now have the flexibility to easily update names that have already been assigned to growers without the need to unassign them, enabling smooth transitions of employees.

Effortlessly sort and filter by Branch, Grower, Advisor, or Salesperson for streamlined organization and management.

Name lists are independent of crop years, stored at the customer level with the option to archive them as needed.


Users have the option to assign selections from the previous year to the current year with just one click.

When viewing assignments in Data Check, Advisors and Salespeople (if selected) will be displayed first in your excel export, before Branch information.
