The Difference Between TargPop and Tgt_Rate_1

When you export your planting/seeding prescriptions and have tried to load it into a display or looked at the .dbf, you notice these two columns. Here's the difference!

1. If this is for a single hybrid rate:
   1. TargPop has a decimal point, which is great for small grains that are seeded by weight, not count.
      
      
   2. The columns will execute the same for those crops that are in count, not mass.
