If you have ever tried to use the Dashboards to benchmark at the field level for a grower and there is no Dashboard and it says that there is "NO DATA," here is what to troubleshoot.
If you have ever seen something similar to this when you try to run the Dashboards for at a Field Level:
You may want to check to see that Operations has a cost entered in for it.
If it has not, you can enter it in two different places:
- Data Entry & Exchange > Field Flags:
- Data Entry & Exchange > Grower Product Cost Entry:
If you see that you have "NO DATA" and the Dashboards are lacking all data:
You will want to check to see that you selected the correct Crop for this field, as you may have selected the incorrect Crop for this field.
