What is the Zone Performance and Targets Report?
It is an interactive report that allows advisors to analyze fields on a granular level, tailored for individual growers. This tool enables you to benchmark fields based on specific zones, crops, and years. By leveraging historical performance data, you can identify the percentage of yield that is above or below average for each zone, facilitating the establishment of more attainable yield goals per zone and crop and a clear view of how much yield each zone must supply in order to achieve a desired whole field average. The report is available as an Excel download, providing an interactive experience for the you as an advisor.
Accessed through Reports/Grower Reports, select the desired grower followed by years and crops to be included on the report. Acres displayed on report are based on the most recent year selected.

This report is designed in Excel for interactive flexibility, allowing users to input yield targets in the BLUE boxes to see necessary yield changes by zone. Cells are conditionally formatted, adjusting colors based on the number of zones. Users can modify visible or hidden data, edit formulas, and choose what to print or save as a PDF for sharing with growers.
